What if I’m not satisfied with the clean?Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything is missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it at no extra cost.

How do I make a booking?You can book directly through our website, give us a call, or send us a message. We’ll confirm your appointment and take care of the rest.

Do you charge by the hour or by the job?We charge by the job based on your selected package and the size of the property. This ensures clear and transparent pricing with no surprises.

Is there a minimum booking fee?Yes. Our minimum booking fees are: General cleaning and carpet cleaning: $150 Pressure washing: $250 All prices are inclusive of GST.

Q: Do you offer end-of-lease cleaning?A: Yes. End-of-lease cleans are available and quoted individually based on the property size and condition. We work with real estate standards to help secure your bond.

Q: What’s the difference between your cleaning packages?A: Essential Clean: Covers the basics like floors, kitchen surfaces, bathroom wipe-down, bins, and dusting. Deluxe Clean: Includes everything in the Essential Clean, plus skirting boards, extra surfaces, and more detailed attention. Ultimate Clean: Our most detailed service—everything in Deluxe, plus oven interior, deep bathroom detail, and other extras.

Q: Do you provide carpet cleaning, window cleaning, or pressure washing?A: Yes, we offer a wide range of services including carpet steam cleaning, internal/external window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and more. These can be booked separately or added to your cleaning package.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?A: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Q: Do I need to be home during the clean?A: No. As long as we have access and any relevant codes or instructions, you don’t need to be home while we clean.

Q: What if I have pets?A: We’re pet-friendly! Just let us know ahead of time so we can work around them safely and respectfully.
